Another figure for Realmer Rex Lewis. Here we have Heath Ledger's joker done in a G.I. Joe style. He's mostly a ROC Cobra commander with a Duke head (heavily X-actoed,) and body. Hair from a Rex "The Doctor" Lewis (not the Realmer, the figure) The body is fully sculpted and the neck peg modified to give him the hunched posture. Added an alt hand from a MU Bullseye.
