Halflife was a man who was exposed to gamma radiation. He can absorb energy from an enemy.
After he was transformed into Halflife he began working for Leader and battled the Hulk. In order to survive he had to absorb the life force of a living person every few hours. During one of his battles with the Hulk he tried to absorb all of the his radiation and ended up killing himself in the process.
