Here in The Netherlands we generally don't celebrate Halloween, but I felt today (October 31st, 2010) was an appropriate day to create myself a horror icon. Usually I take weeks (or even months) to finish a custom. But after an extremely pleasant experience with a custom I threw together in little less than an hour earlier this month, the goal was to do a quick job again and finish one in a day. Mission accomplished, here is Freddy Krueger! Recipe - Body: Rise Of Cobra Cobra Commander - Fedora: Indiana Jones - Sweater: Aves Apoxie Sculpt - Glove: Aves Apoxie Sculpt + Tooth Pics I bought the Cobra Commander ages ago to use his body as a Joker figure, but when I removed the coat and the helmet that was on his face, he instantly reminded me of Freddy Krueger. So I went from there. Sculpted his sweater, sculpted the greater part of his head (his nose was tough) waited a few hours for the sculpt to dry and then started painting. When he was done, I aded his glove. Comments are welcome! ![]() |

He's been a blast to make! Indeed it's a hat from a Indiana Jones figure.
The pictures actually don't do him justice. This figure looks so my better in the shadows or near dark!
Its from a Indiana Jones figure
