This is Thor #2 me thinks. Eric Masterson was the host of this particular Thor controlling his thoughts and his " Get thou rump off thine ground " with: " Get yo' @$$ up!" dialect. I liked this guy- he wasn't cocky, he was jus' an average guy w/an ex-wife and a kid.

The comic in the background had a battle between Eric and the recently returned Odinson. Eric losses, and Odin makes him the mace called Thunderstrike at the end of the book and adopts the name and the 90's "extreme" attitude.
