My first ever entry in a custom contest. And not a very original entry, as this figure was also used by the Figurerealm crew as the ‘avatar’ for the contest. That said, I felt it was a great idea to turn Yoda over to The Dark Side and the idea kept me awake all night. Until I got up, made me this figure and slept like a baby after that. Even if the recipe is basically just a simple repaint, I’m quite thrilled about the way he came out. So here he is… Yodarth! back story: When Yoda travelled to Kamino in an attempt to discover the truth of the clone army, and to bring some of those troops with him to Geonosis to save his trapped fellow Jedi (the battle that would be the start of the Clone Wars), secretly a few of his hairs were collected from his bunk in the Republic space craft. With the use of Yoda’s DNA, a clone fetus of the Jedi Master was created at Kamino. A project that had been ordered by none other than Darth Sidious himself, who was planning to create an army of powerful Sith warriors. Darth Sidious merged the fetus’ DNA with that of his fallen apprentice Darth Maul and raised his creation in the ways of The Dark Side. The powers of The Dark Side, merged with Yoda's strength in The Force gave rise to the powerful Sith ally named Yodarth. A warrior so strong in the ways of The Dark Side, he proved much too difficult for Darth Sidious to control, leaving him forced to abandon his Sith warrior army project and on a quest to hunt down and kill this rogue Sith lord. recipe: figure: repainted Star Wars Clone Wars Animated Yoda lightsaber: Star Wars Lego ![]() |

And yeah, when entering I knew I would not get any points for originality, he he...
But I really like the way he came out and he stands proud amongst my other customs.
Yodarth, although tiny, is one of my favorite customs thus far. And I've only been customizing (on and off) for about 1,5 year now..
