After reading Cap # 610, I had to do this uniform. I like that Buck has a stand alone under-uniform beneath the Red-White & Blue mantle. This uniform is a good nod to both the Winter Soldier base & still cap. Possibly black cowl bunched up around the neck?
Anyway...about the figure. I used another Dr. Manhattan as the base. Robbed more utility belt parts ( they need to sell 7.0 size belt pouches & weapons on their own). Used pleather reminent for the buched up cowl around his neck & bucket on boots, also glove trim. Biggest part of the time was creating his hair with layers of acrylic paint & making his face look like Barnes. I personaly like the more Military look of this uniform. I also thought to put this background due to this issue being set @ Zemo's castle on the English Coast. Any thoughts?
