After I bought some real craft paint I decided to do another Harley Quinn. I used one of my wife's Kelly dolls for the base figure and used red, black and white acrylic paint. My wife made the fabric again and hand sewed it for me, she made the pig tails too. She is based off batman the animated series and thought it would be cute to have a kid version of Harley Quinn.
