Morrie Bench blamed Spider-Man for the accident that turned him into Hydro-Man. Since then, he's been a constant thorn in the web-slinger's side. Morrie isn't the brightest of bulbs, but he's smart enough to know there's strength in numbers, and has joined many criminal super-teams, including the Frightful Four and the Sinister Syndicate.
This is one of my most ambitious projects. I wanted him to be like a retail toy, with detachable water limbs. I started out with the (now standard) Banshee head, on top of a Sandman body. The feet are from Mr. Sinister. For the water arms, I took a pair of biceps comparable to Sandman's, and attached them to the arms of a 90's Hydro-Man figure. I thinned the biceps somewhat, to try and enhance the transformation effect. The water base is also from the 90's Hydro-Man, the figure detached from the groin and simply placed inside the base. Thanks for looking, I'd love to hear your comments, and Make Mine Marvel!

Thanks for the kind words, guys. Diceman: The arms pop on and off very easily since I enlarged the inside holes slightly. As for the water base, when I put everything together, I didn't glue the lower torso piece because it stays together on its own. To remove the legs, I just insert a small screwdriver to the lower torso, pry it, and pop the legs off. Mando, I look forward to your version...
