Wraith was a character from way back in my role playing days. He had quite the convoluted background, moving from hero to villain and back again.

With the power to phase through solid objects, and create blasts of ice, he began his career as a rather basic costumed hero. Operating under the rather generic name of The Specter.

While protecting an innocent bystander, he was horribly scarred by acid and spent months recovering. For a person that is normally impossible to touch, the disfigurement was too much and the mental blow shattered his mind.

With his now disfigured appearance, and the abilities to phase and blast icy cold, he took the name and appearance of Death. While intangible he was nearly impossible to stop and went on a killing spree.

Finally another hero, the mentalist known as The Puppet Master was able to take control of his mind. But he could only maintain control by suppressing the original personality entirely and sending his own mind into the corpse-like body. Taking his final moniker, Wraith and maintaing the death motif he fights, once again, for the heroes.

Wraith, appropriately enough, uses the main body of a LotR Ring Wraith.

The head, forearms and legs, as well as the scythe blade, are from a zombie Spawn.

The third shot shows some of the detail in the limbs that is normally covered by the robes.
