I actually made it this some time ago and recently updated it. I modded the hair and arms, and gave him a full repaint. Based off of his GOTG look. Pictured with the team for comparison.

Great job! Vance was always one of my favorites in the original Guardians of the Galaxy.

Yeah, I agree after they made him a clone of Captain America( well in terms of costume and his development), they lost track of his character. I really that they used him in the current series in his original costume.

Very cool. He's actually what caught my eye and got me into the Guardians books. Took me a while to figure out he's actually got ties to the then current marvel universe. The book wasn't as interesting once he got out of the suit.
