This was cyclops with the deformed leg...the leg was cut and lengthened so he could stand straight...his head was cut off and the long neck shortened...hair was added to his head and his hair was repainted the same red color he was drawn in the 90's xmen cartoon...his belt was also repainted the same shade yellow as the cartoon...the blue neck design by his face was also redesigned to match the show. Thw xmen logo on his chest was from and earlier cyclops figure.
