Here's a version of a Nemesis that was inspired by Shinobitron's Iron Nemesis. I didn't want to do one exactly like his so I cobbled mine together with various fodder I had lying around.

Recipe:
Head: One the DC Armory Batman helmets filled in.
Body: Ultimate War Machine
Arms: Movie I'm Titanium Man
Legs: DC Armory Batman and sculpt
