An oldie but goodie. Bucky Cap recipe I used before but with some new technique and skillslets. Sanded down his shoulders to retain paint, took head and belt from Marvel Legends series 1 Cap and face-off Cap's belt/ shield. Primered, painted his red and white stipes.
