The Executioner! If you don't know the character and only heard his name, you would imagine a big and menacing juggernaut that would make you pee in your pants just buy hearing his footsteps.

We never got an Executioner figure, (maybe we had, I just don't know it's existence) but if we ever do. I would imagine he would look like this. A heavyweight!!

Recipe is just a Planet Hulk, with a modified head.

Sculpted boots and part of it's gloves. the rest of his clothes are made of real leather.
