Really simple to make. Use apoxie for gloves, cape belt, boots then a very simple repaint.

Great adaptation of Nomad! I always thought it was cool that he used those throwing discs.

looks great J, looks just like Jack Monroe, which, you know Captain America(Steve Rogers) was the first to wear the outfit?? straight out of the comics!
