It's just a repaint of RoC Commander (plus a removable mask). I hate his movie look, so I gave him a more retro looking outfit. With a little twist of mine. I think he looks quite cool, especialy the cobra on his vest. I wanted it to look like he himself painted it, thus it doesn't look like a sticker. A Cobra Commander look for the 21st century?
