This is an original creation based heavily of the Killzone Helghast and Jin Roh Panzer Cops. I love the designs of the troopers, but it's hard to make one without letting my own creative spark in.

The figure is a bunch of Rise of Cobra figures and other tidbits, the full recipe is:
Rescue Mission Snake Eyes (Black repaint of City Strike Snake Eyes)
Night Adder head with gas mask end from Shockblast
The gear is a paraviper pack on top with random pouches and staps
The rifle is a Halo 3 Assault Rifle
The gun is unknown, but the knife is from a MARS Officer
