Using Stevid's recipe, I have had this "in progress" for awhile. The only change I made was the lower legs and feet. Those came from a 5 inch Movie Hulk figure. The calves and feet looked like they were perfectly proportioned for the Savage Dragon figure. Attaching them was not completely easy. You can see some WIPs of on my myspace album page.
Another thing that slowed this one down was the orange paint. I couldn't get it the right consistency.. either too thick or not thick enough. So finally went with a red base coat and several shades of orange and finally a light highlighting of yellow to make the muscles really stand out. The Wings came from Stevid.. Thanks again..
Painted those a light sky blue and dry brushed with white. Thought the contrast between the wings and Mimic's body came out pretty well.
