Always liked Sub Zero, way back when he was first released. I just had to make him, there wasn't much to this one, no paint was used.

Harness - Snow Serpent, removed front parachute
Head - Airborne
Hands & feet - Roc Frostbite
Rest - Snow Serpent

Hasbro never re made this character in the 25th/modern line, he was first released in 1990.
