Everyone loves Lowlight for some reason that escape me, but I am no different, he was and is always one of the best Joes ever created. I had to have one as Hasbro hasnt given us him yet. I cut the hat from Roc Shipwreck and cut the top of Matt Trakker's head off and glued the hat and head together, then just added the goggles.

I also used a SE at first, then when I bought this figure, I decided to update him.

Good choice for the base. I used a snake eyes for mine.
