Yo, this is the best 3.75" Samus I have ever seen, the attention to detail is great. I love the addition of the glow in the dark paint, great figure I can't stop praising it.

Thanks for all your kind words guys. The glow in the dark effects on the photo were altered in photo shop because my camera doesn't have the a long enough exposure, so all I got was a fuzzy sillouette and a barely visible gray glow (which sucked cause I really wanted to show the green glow) The paint I'm using is surprisingly effective for its $2.95 price, but some prep work is required to achieve max effect, I paint the area white first then the color I want the glow to be, then about three layers of the glow-in-the-dark paint. But that Glo nation paint you mentioned batman1016, I checked it out and it seems really cool so I'm goin to order a sample and let you know whats the deal. Thanks a gain guys.

Unless you have a professional camera that allows you to "overexpose" to give the lens time to capture the light from the GitD areas, I doubt most glow material is bright enough to photo effectively. Maybe a blacklight, but that might light up your whole figure.
However, claims to be 20% brighter than standard glow materials. As I understand it, after 9/11, NYC demanded that exit signs be fully legible even if all power is knocked out, so they developed this stuff which glows like a lamp for hours. Saw it on a Modern Marvels, powerful stuff. Their glow paint may just be effective enough to photograph. And it's only $5.50 an oz (as opposed to $10-15 per 1/2oz like the last glow paint I looked at). So that might be a solution, I dunno.

Very cool Samus figure and nice paint job--I think it would have benefitted from some more black line to work to accentuate the armor detailing though, particularly on the body.
The glow-in-the-dark effect is obviously photoshopped (said picture states as much at the bottom). Does anybody know a good way to photograph glow-in-the-dark figures? Obviously, you can't use flash, and a lot of cameras have trouble taking good shots in a dim/dark environment without flash.

I like this figure! It ain't game accurate, but it's badass nonetheless!
I seriously considered using glow paint for my Samus, but didn't think the result would be worth the high cost of a bottle. I may have to rethink that decision, especially now that some brands have gotten cheaper.
