This figure of Gateway from the X-MEN was made from a LOTR Gollum figure, all I did was dremle the teeth and ears down then re-sculpted the face, beard, hair and loin cloth re-painted him and there ya have it. When he was finished he looked a bit lost so I made a diorama to go with him from scraps of foam board, wire, hot glue, das clay, pva and sand.
