Here is the character Karai, whe was a regular in the comic, 2003 series, and in the TMNT movie.

This was done utilizing the head and cape of the TMNT Karai figure, and the body itself was that of the XMC Storm.

Do a Hand Swap With Like the Ml series 4 Electra or someone like that.
tons of choices. you could also try a heat and bend method to try and shape her hand to hold a sword

I was hoping I could find a place to use that Storm body, and well...it kinda clicked...needless to say I was pleasantly surprised it worked as well as it did...I just wish it was able to hold a sword...
