Flipside, is a Spider-Man doppelgänger robot program seemingly related to the spiderslayer program to kill the original Spidey. However this homicidal robot thinks that it is spiderman and that death is the only option. It was even speculated that Flipside was a replacement Spidey that had a problem with its morality circuts. It was turned on when spidey cornered some thugs in the warehouse that stored the program. It treats people in a similar fashion to Carnage.
