Bug (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:2050
Name:Bug
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:search4skills
Date Added:March 13, 2007
Base Figure:Nightcrawler
Height:6.00 inches
Bug

Member of the Micronauts. I believe the only member of the team not based on the popular toy series.

Wanted to create a removeable helmet. Didn't quite hit the mark but think it is decent for a first try (To the talented members of this board: How about a tutorial on making helmets :) )

Helmet: Superflex
Rocket Staff: Superflex
Skirt uh, thingy with bug scales: Superflex

Have already set in motion to get another Nightcrawler to try this again. Found some better pictures (with different artist style) that I think will make it easier for me.

Pictures doesn't show his "feelers" on the back of his legs.

Thanks for looking

You can usually find cheap brands of cigars for about $1.50 - $2.50 at your local convience store. Anywhere that sells smokes has cigars, I use a brand called White Owl Blunts, but that's here in Iowa. And yes the wacky tobaccy stores have them too. lol

Thanks. I am going to try and create Marionnette and Rahn. Then go back and redo Acroyear and Bug.

Just go to a tobaco seller with any cigars in stock, ya might get lucky and find one. but other than that I don't know. Try a wacky tobacy store, they got lots of those types of things as well.

Do you think doing that, but adding like a vaseline or some sorta thing like that on the cigar case would work. I love the micronuats though, they had some adventures with the xmen, very cool figure man. ORIGINALITY RULES!! keepem comming bud.

For helmuts I use a plastic cigar case. Just warm up a razor blade and it slices right thru the plastic. Or heat up the plastic and slice with a razor blade, either way works good with patience and luck. I always wanted to do the micronauts, very nice!
