I've not hidden my disdain for the ever decreasing scale of Marvel figures. Quality aside I just feel they are overpriced and paying that much for toys this size I at least expect to get burger and fries with them! That said I did snap up a couple of Wolverine Origins Iceman when they were on sale as I realized they would make great neutral base figure to transform into almost anybody if the inspiration should take me. And it did with Archangel here. So pleased the character has his techno-organic wings back. Doing one of my occasional trawling of my fodder bins for inspiration the MOTU Stratos wings jumped out as me as perfect, both in look and scale for an MU scale Archangel. Manged to attach them to the back of Iceman retaining the articulation of them. Beyond that the remainder of work on the figure consisted of painting which I completed with Citadel paints. Don't expect too many more MU customs from me as they just don't have the scale to let leash creativity on.
