Romat Ru was known as one of the vilest serial killers on his home planet.

Since he is a rare find I thought of a way to make my own.

Recipe-

Head: Tomar-Re Box Set
Body: Alex Ross Sinestro

Took off Sinestro's head for another custom coming...
The Tomar Re head already looked evil and I added scars on his eyes.
Completely repainted every part and shaded finishing up with hard coat gloss.
Some sculpting was done to neck and waist bands.

As usual for me the hardest part was painting the symbol.

Now I finally have enough Yellow Lanterns to stand up to all my green lanterns!
