Peter Noble is an amphibious hero created by the person that created Namor the Sub-Mariner Mr. Bill Everett. Peter is an American stripped down Sub-Mariner. While he could breathe under water and presumably could withstand some of the oceans depths, he could not fly nor does he have super strength. At some point he came across a magic cutlas that is capable of cutting through most substances. The Fin reappeared a few years ago in Marvel's attempt to revive the Invaders. Apparently the magic of the Cutlass has kept him from aging.

For this character I started off with a DCUC Bat-Man. The head is a Commander Steel head that I got from DMC costom castings. The Fin on top of his head is just a piece of plastic my wife cut for me. The goggles came from a DC dirct Black Lightning. The holster comes from a DC direct Adam Strange. I painted the whole thing using Latex paint and used Testors Dullcote to protect the paint. No matter how hard I looked I have been unable to find a cutlass or a Ruger looking pistol for this character.
