I took the head and carved it down and made a face out of acylic and glued it on and then I found horns that were accualy ribs from a lion king playset. sanded down the arms and chest so they were smooth, stomach is sinisters cape, a plastic rod, tip of a sword, and sock clips with a little acrylic added, the legs are spidermans sanded down and then I cut the calf in half and shortend it then took ultrons lower leg and attached it at the ankle glued some other pieces on and thats DM, I sewed the cape and also glued it togeather. the light saber is a peice of plastic heated and bent with sinisters cape and sword tips glued on. and the blades themselfs are from the starwars unleashed DM as is the face design.
