Looks good, but very true about the hair. But that's an easy fix, just break it off and resculpt. It'll be well worth the improvement. I usually have to re do the hair like 3 times before I get it right.

The root of the white hair needs to go higher up on the head, instead of the middle of the forehead. Other than that, the custom looks great.
