This is a custom of THE SHADOW from the old pulp comics. Well at first he was going to be monkey tracy, but when I put all parts together I said wait minute he looks more like The Shadow!! So I added few extra details and bam you got The Shadow!!

A MM Joker, MM Joker Goon (?), DCUC Gentlemen Ghost and a few others I can't place.... great combination of parts. It looks fantastic!
