First appearing in Marvel-Team-Up #19 (March 1974) Vincent Stegron became obsessed with the experiments Connors did to create the Lizard and injected himself with Dinosaur DNA. Turning into a semi-humanoid dinosaur-like creature Stegron became an antagonist of Spider-Man and other heroes.

Starting with the Venom base figure I did some sculpting to beef him up. Swapped the hands for those of a Spider-Man Classics Ultimate Lizard and the feet from a ML Blackheart as was the tail. The head is a ML Beta Ray Bill but did a fair amount of modifying to achieve the dinosaur "beak." The armored plates came from a dinosaur toy and the spikes at the end of his tail are cut down BarBQ skewers inserted into the tail and built up from around the base with Apoxie Sculpt. Painted with Citadel paints. Really pleased with this one.
