Don't use Apoxie for this, I don't think it is strong enough.
You'll want to use a true 2 part epoxy. It comes in an thing that looks like a double syringe. It hardens to a true plastic and not the clay like consistency of apoxy.
I buy mine at WalMart. I've tried several brands (including loc-tite) but I find the cheap walmart brand works best. Do not buy the fast setting stuff it only gives you 5 mins of working time!

OK I might chance that one then - I've got the bionicle pieces and everything to get me going but being a newbie and only now mastering Apoxie I didn't wanna fudge up a perfectly good Angel figure!

Hey WC, Jin's method for wings isn't too hard. I've used it twice now.
The key is to get the right dremel bit and shave a trench into the shoulder blades little by little to fit the Bionicle mount. Once it fits cement the heck out of it with a 2 part epoxy.
The one thing I have screwed up was actually on the bionicle socket piece, not the dremeling. I made the socket piece too thin, and it had too much flex and would not hold the ball joint very well. Several coats of super glue on the ball joint fixed it up, but it is not quite as sturdy as the others.

Ya I agree wuth VP, the wings should be lighter, and also I think I would have done some work on the chin 'cause Cap's chin makes look all macho. But still its a sweet custom man.

VP is right but that is a very good custom.

Wings are really dark. Angel should have some light colored wings. But good work none the less.
