I have not seen a small scale Hercules just yet so I decided to make one. I started with a Marvel Universe Comic Pack Magneto. I had to take the legs off from the knees down and swap them around (they came backwards if you can believe it!). Herc has leg bands that seemed a natural fit with the Magneto figure scheme. The head is from an Obi-Wan Star Wars Figure (the beard) and the costume was made from an old checkbook cover painted to match. For Hercs mace I cobbled together some old pieces lying arounnd into a somewhat reasonable subsitute. Herc's arms and his chest move. I had to glue the legs stiff due to the low quality of the plastic in the Magneto figure - the feet joints would not stand up. The Magneto figure is a little small and shares an upper body with the new Captain America, Moon Knight and Untion Jack (as far as I know) and is a little light in the arm muscles, but I think it made a great Herc.
