Peter Parker thought that Ben Reilly was the only clone, but he was wrong! Kaine is a failed clone of Spider-Man! Bigger, stronger and uglier! Kaine hates his perfect clone brother Ben Reilly, and attack both him and Peter with everything he has!
Kaine comes with an alternate, unmasked, scarred head and his mask to hold in his hand.



Kaine is supposed to be a mutated version of Peter Parker and as such I was free to use a different, bigger body to make him appear more threatening.

I used a Skrull figure and Savage Dragon heads for him. I was really happy with the way the Savage Dragon head worked out. It was hard to find a human head at that size, and once you take away the bright green and a bit of the chin, it's a pretty decent plain base. There's nothing too complicated about this custom. His spikes are made from flossers and his wee cape is my usual papier mache work.

The webbing across his costume is fully sculpted, as is his hair.

To be honest, the hardest part of this custom was trying to figure out what the hell Kaine's costume is meant to be! The mask hugs his eyeballs for goodness sake! Why are the web bits the same as the veins on his face?! Did he design it like that?! Urgh.
