I've seen Capcom Street Fighter 4, and I really like the characters, especially Chun li with her 2nd costume.
I choose Neca SF because it's was from the same series. But, since her legs is really huge, I had to re-sculpt it so it would be look better. Then I added some detail on her and paint it with an acrylic paints (both brush and airbrush).
