Algernon Wayne lost his family to a steam generator accident as a child caused by a lab assistant trying to steal their secret technology for a fully self contained steam generator. After being raised and trained in both combat and science by a family friend and his family of Knights of the American Britania he took control of his family's struggling steam technology business and revived it with a series of cutting edge technologies utilizing the newest version of his parent's invention. At night he goes into the city to search for the link between his family's only rival company and the deaths of his parents. Along the way he has become a warrior against the oppressive royal guard and the criminals of the city. His armory is a prototype leather armor that grants increased abilities, a multiple task gas powered gun, numerous chemicals and other alchemical items he keeps in his utility belt. He normally uses stealth and disguises to travel the streets, even a simple tophat in the dark streets of the city prevents anyone from seeing anything out of the ordinary and under the hat is his newest invention: a crude radar and audio system that aids in his searches. His goggles are capable of seeing things the normal eye misses by running a small current from a battery through a solution of chemicals into the alchemically created lenses. The Royal guard, led by his childhood friend, struggle to keep his existence as little more than a rumor while trying to track and capture him. To them he is little more than a criminal, to the people he helps he has become known as the Gotham Knight.
The coat is from a Mezco Hellboy, the figure is an unknown Batman, the gun and needles are from a castlevania figure, the hat I'm not sure about, the utility belt is actually the original belt with the main pouch from a Gears of war figure and side pouches from a LOTR figure. I sculpted over his face to appear as if he's wearing a mask and the goggles are actually from a 25th anniversary GI Joe figure that I cut down and trimmed to fit.
