I'm pretty sure the base figure is Moon Knight and all the gear comes from a Cowboy Spawn figure but I'm sure Boskoes could go into more detail

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWZERS! That is SOOOOOOOOO awesome. That is the very first Ghost Rider from the Rider comics he was called Carter Slade. He wasn't ALWAYS called Ghost Rider. It was Phantom-Rider. THis was how the Rider was in the 60's right? But then in the 70's they changed it. But this is by far one of my very very very favourite customs! Its so great! Super great job man! I am a HUGE fan of this Ghost Rider. So thats great you did a custom of him! Nice man!
