Once again I bring to you another in my line of lame villains, The Melter. This one is based on The Avengers #6, vol. 1, the 1st appearance of the Masters of Evil. Used apoxie for cape, helmet, gloves, belt, chest straps and boots then a simple repaint.

What kind of name is the melter. "Don't mess with me or ill melt you!" wow scary.
