Second from the Spider-man and His Amazing Friends box set is Iceman.

I believe the base body was Union Jack or Black Spider-man (I can't remember). The head was from the fodder bin, which was dremelled down and sculpted over for the chrome dome. Paint job was a fairly simple airbrush job with dry brushing for an icy effect.

That's definately the Black-Suit Spiderman from the Rulk series. I recognize it by the hands and legs.
