Hi all, here is my submission for the Post Apocalyptic Contest.

Fallout 3 is an Action RPG set in a Post Apocalyptic futre Washington D.C.
The player, known as the "Lone Wanderer" is on a quest to locate their father amongst the ruins of DC. A fantastic game, I chose to make a representation of the Combat Armour.

Most people would have seen the Fallout 3 Power Armour ( It featured in most FO3 Trailrs) Having played a lot of FO3, I have certainly used the power armour, but have preferred playing with the Combat Armour as it is lighter, stealthier and more easily repaired - Plus I really like the look :)

I have chosen the Halo 3 figure for its detail and articulation.

Everything in the Post Apocalyptic Future of FO3 is run down and dirty. With this in mind, I wanted the custom paint job to match the FO3 Combat Armour look, using a combination of dry brushing and black washing to give the armour a grimy, worn apperance. I used a spare head from a Gi Joe ( It looks most like my FO3 Character)
