Scintilla is a member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard and she originally held the politically incorrect codename of Midget. She has served the Shi'ar through all of the leaders and she was one of the very few to survive Vulcans assault upon the Imperial Guard. The original Imperial Guard was created as an analog to DC Comics' Legion of Superheroes and it is assumed that Scintilla was created as a counterpart to Shrinking Violet. sculpted head to toe,primer,testor and clear sealant finished off this figure!!
