This is a little diorama I put together-It depicts Batman in a perilous situation with Robin trapped in a cage.
I wanted a twisted Joker and henchmen so I went for a bloodied surgeon and nurse look.
I thought the dwarf and the misfit fit in niceley to the group and again shows the horrible twisted side of the Joker.

The Joker himself is made to look as outrageous as possible-hence the awful clothes and shades,whilst still retaining a "Classic Joker" look using a coat with tails and his cane.

recipe: Joker-Street Fighter body(can't remember) and Street Fighter head,top hat and coat-McFarlane Twisted Circus as is the dwarf holding the DIY Surgery book

Doc/surgeon- Alex Ross Scarecrow-painted to give him dirty surgeons woutfit and bloody tools -only change here is the mask I moulded onto the face

Goons- Wrestling figures with moulded masks on and scrap plastic to show the skirts.

All the cage/Hook,etc are McFarlane accessories. Batman is Mattel S3 sculpt and Robin is from DC Direct Dark Victory
