My first Six Pack custom.

Started with a DCD Hawkman. Head is from a Rocky figure (the referee, I think) modified with sculpey. The headset is a piece from a model. Hair is hot glue. Straps are craft foam and vinyl pieces. There is shrink tubing on the arms. The boots are insulating foam and PVC tape.
