This is a custom "Kaine" figure that I made in May 2009. He and the scarlet spider are my two favorite superheroes, and they don't make enough toys of these characters. I also included a Kaine I painted when I was 12, now I'm 26.
I made him from a movie spiderman figure. Stands 6-6.5 inches tall and has webbing covering him and a purple cape like in the comic. I mixed red, blue, and black to come up with his color, next time he'll be more dark blue. Since I don't have any modeling clay I took a hot glue gun and dripped webbing around the legs and melted and formed the spikes on the sides of his arms and legs. For the hair, I melted hot glue and shaped it, then painted it brown. Painted the face right in 2 tries, then took a afro samurai head band to add to his cape.
In the other picture is Kaine and Spidercide from the Maximum Clonage Series I made at 12 yrs old. Not much has changed, still like these guys. My next will b better...
