Another Street Fighter Guile recreation, Guile Upper body with Luke Cage legs, the only deference with this base than my previous version is that he has a waist articulation, after man attempts I think I finally figured out a technic to give it that waist articulation. Added apoxie to make gloves and larger cuff for the boot, belt is from a Cap America, Hope you guys like him.
