A basic repaint of the blue metallic Warrior ALIEN snap-kit by Hot Toys. While this company is known for it's super-detailed 12" and 14" figures, their GI JOE sized figures are fantastic. I believe the whole "snap kit" concept (where you assemble a figure from bagged parts, creating an action figure) is simply a way around licensing fees / rights to creating brand-specific action figures.

-Superglued and apoxie-sculped the tail to the body (it kept popping out) using Citadel's "green stuff". I used this because as it's slightly flexible, and won't crack when applied in thin, or bendy areas like the ALIENS tail.

-Painted with Vallejo Black acrylic paint, dry brushed with a Grey-White color to bring out detail. Sealed with both matte and glossy Vallejo varnishes to produce a slightly shiny carapace look.
