Not fully 12 inches but for some reason I felt like Nick was a little guy. The hair wings were cut off and resculpted. The Eye patch cord is real fabric cord and the patch is apoxie. All the straps are leather strap. The leg holster was from a roto Daredevil. The guns are removable and are both from Power Team Elite. The chest holster and ankle knife holster are made from thick poster board covered with white fabric tape.
