Time for another SF3 Alpha Max custom, (still on a Final Fight kick too) no.39, Cody in his prison jumpsuit! This one was a little more complex to put together than Final Fight Cody, and it breaks down like this:

Head: Sota Ken alt. head w/ hair re-sculpt
Body: ML First Appearance Cyclops
Forearms: Sota Remy
Hands: Sota Agon
Cuffs: Fodder
Legs: Upper - Cyclops, Lower - LCBH Madman
Shoes: LCBH Anne O'Brien

I did up the shirt and the pant legs from binder plastic and hotglue, then it was a complete repaint; base coat white, pinstriping for the blue (need to work on my pinstriping technique) skin tone, and dabbed red from a kleenex on the knuckles for blood and a light brushing of smoke on the wrappings and the cuffs for a grungy look.
I'm happy with the way he turned out, and with the launching of my site, QuarterCircleCustoms, I think he'll make a great addition to the collection. I hope you all like him, and I'll be back with more soon!

Thanks for the kind words guys! Shins, I've always loved your work (one coming up inspired fully by one of your customs) so I'm always pleased to hear from ya. Niallskie, buddy, I can't wait to see more from you, and I think I will leave the EX series to you; I think I've overextended myself a little at the moment with 7 series' on the go, but anyway, as always thanks for your encouragement and reinforcement (that SF3 group pick is still coming btw; Makoto is almost done!) Patraw, after reading your post, I kicked myself for forgetting the blade, which I had prepped in the planning phase, and forgot all about by the time I was done. I am grateful that you post and keep it real with me, and I hope to keep getting better by using everyone's critiques...I'm just glad the last couple made the grade, lol! Gettin' there, one custom at a time...

I despise Capcom's SFA3 redesign of Cody (not that I liked him much in Final Fight either), but, that said, you've done an awesome job of customizing him. I'd even go so far as to say this is one of your best SF customs--all them stripes are tricky to do cleanly too. Where's his knife accessory?

Another great work man, he is one of my fave on this SF line as I love the idea of him in chains and in prison suit while fighting. Great choices of parts and melding them together into this awesome work. A quick question... you plan on doing any SF EX??? Love some characters in that series that I'm planning to do... with the emphasis on PLANNING!!! LOL... fantastic work as ever.
