I think this is Jubilee during the House of M events in which Scarlet Witch twists the world into her image and about 90% of the superheroes lose there powers including Jubilee in which case she gains powers from someone else in which she has like super strength and is known as Wondra. This Jubilee is in her civilian clothes. I have yet to make her in her Wondra costume, but ill make it one day.

I mean...sexy is not a word that goes next to the name Jubilee but this figure surely is a hottie.
Is this your interpretation or is the Jubilee character as of today?
